Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your first coaching session, before your personalized action plan is created or delivered.
The 3% fee covers the non-refundable transaction cost charged by Shopify and payment processors.
Once your custom plan has been delivered, the session is considered complete and non-refundable.
