2. Not Medical or Nutritional Advice
I am not a licensed dietitian, physician, or medical provider. Any health or nutrition advice offered through Thrive coaching is based on personal experience and general wellness education. You should consult with your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, exercise routine, or other health-related practices.
3. Coaching, Not Therapy
Thrive is a life coaching service and is not a substitute for mental health counseling, therapy, or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek assistance from a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
